Reflection in the Rail

Inspired by Loui Jover red umbrella paintings I created a piece where a couple is reflecting back onto the city (made from words) as it as thousands of stories to tell.

Workbook

Step 1 - sketch of the couple

Step 2 - using a mix of water colours and oil paints

Step 3 - adding a background

Step 4 - shading it so its not as bright, add the path which is reflecting the rain

Step 5 - shaping the background into a city

Step 6 - making a sunset using spray paints
